Gispen, 2003–2005The workplace SUM is designed to encourage user flexibility and generate dynamic interactions within the office environment, challenging the typology of the solitary office cubicle. The traditional round table top divides into three parts creating plateaus of different heights, allowing the user to work in various positions. The table is constructed from cast aluminum with wood veneer table surfaces.
