UNStudio attends Cable Car Day, Frankfurt
Join us in Frankfurt to discuss how urban cable car systems can integrate into the urban fabric.
On May 8th our cable car experts Arjan Dingsté and Juergen Heinzel will be attending Cable Car Day FrankfurtRheinMain, held at ‘Haus der Region FrankfurtRheinMain’. The event, which is already fully booked, is organized by the ’Regionalverband FrankfurtRheinMain‘, and will bring cities and citizens together with the leading ropeway experts, engineers, designers and architects to discuss the mobility opportunities that urban cable car systems now present.
Presentation on Urban Integration
UNStudio will contribute with a presentation by Senior Architect/Associate Juergen Heinzel, who will give an insight into our latest work in cities like Amsterdam and Gothenburg. Looking specifically at the topic of urban integration, Juergen will show how cable car systems can integrate and adapt to various programmatic and urban conditions in a way that meets cable car operational and functional requirements, while also creating and facilitating a healthy surrounding urban landscape.
