We are currently looking for an Advanced Technical Architect to join our Hong Kong office:
Skills:
- 5 years or above of experience as an All-Around Architect, with international experience during design development, construction documentation, and/or construction administration stages
- Technical problem solver with the ability to work out architectural solutions through innovative thinking (documented through construction and shop drawings/details)
- Extensive experience with façade, architecture, and interior detailing and interfaces
- Experience in cultural, large-scale retail, commercial & mixed-use program
- Excellent knowledge of products, materials and construction methods, especially in Asia
- General knowledge of Hong Kong building codes
- Experience in writing performance specifications
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others
- Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional fluency in Cantonese is preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
