  • Lead the BIM specialists globally, providing mentorship, training, and fostering a culture of innovation.

  • Collaborate with Research & Development teams to explore the integration of BIM with sustainability initiatives and bespoke tool development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM management at a senior level, with a proven track record of successful BIM strategy development and implementation.

  • Proven experience managing BIM projects throughout all design phases, ideally in a multidisciplinary environment.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing BIM teams.

  • Proficiency in BIM software and related technologies (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Common Data Environments).

  • A degree in Architecture, Design Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
