Senior Technical Architect

We are currently looking for Technical Architect to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical skills, a flexible mentality, and experience managing all stages of a project, from concept design and with a keen interest in construction stage.
The Position:
As a Senior Technical Architect, you will tap into your boundless creativity to contribute towards the design of unique environments, providing exemplar design knowledge from conception to completion of projects working across all design stages. You will closely collaborate with our Design Directors to develop design solutions as well as coordinate the design through the construction documentation phase of a project. You will be successful because you already know how to translate an architect's sketches and documents into realized 2D/3D models and images and can research artistic and/or technical issues when they arise. What You Will Do
• Lead Architectural/Interior Design deliverables on projects, working with Design Director(s) and project team(s) for all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production
• Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
• Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination
• Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs
The Requirements
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 8+ years of related experience, including proven ability to deliver projects from beginning to end.
• Experience interpreting building code requirements in designs, coordination with consultants, and clear client communication during C.A.
• Revit proficiency is required
• Proficient in the use of 2D/3D software, including BIM360, Octane, Lumion, Rhino, V-Ray, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator),
• Experience using and applying VR and/or AR as applicable to the architectural design process is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
• Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• LEED accreditation a plus
