Advanced Technical Interior Architect

We are currently looking for an Advanced Interior Architect:
Skills:
Degree in interior design, architecture or related disciplines
Worked 10 years or above on interior design projects at a top-tier international architecture or interior design firm
Extensive experience in cultural, large-scale retail, commercial, hospitality & mixed-use program
Excellent technical interfacing and detailing skills with the ability to work out interior design solutions through innovative thinking (documented through construction documents or shop drawing packages)
Experience in writing performance specifications
Enthusiasm for and extensive knowledge of both standard and customized materials and finishes
Proactive and self-motivated, with an innate commitment to furthering design
Familiarity with how to handle complex geometry is advantageous
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proficient knowledge of Rhinoceros, Autocad, Adobe suite, etc.

The Requirements
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of related experience, including proven ability to deliver projects from beginning to end.
• Experience interpreting building code requirements in designs, coordination with consultants, and clear client communication.
• Revit proficiency is required
• Proficient in the use of 2D/3D software, including BIM360, Octane, Lumion, Rhino, V-Ray, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator),
• Experience using and applying VR and/or AR as applicable to the architectural design process is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
• Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• LEED accreditation a plus
