Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various contract types, including service agreements, consultancy agreements, subcontractor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

• Assess documents for adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Maintain daily records, both electronically and in hard copy, and organize files efficiently.

• Develop and maintain reference materials for easy access by the legal department.

• Input new contact details into the CRM system, update databases and tracking systems, and ensure data accuracy.

• Handle general administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping.

• Assist in conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence processes.
