Studio / Team Coordinator

As a Team Coordinator at UNStudio, you will play a primary role in providing administrative support to our team of designers and architects. You will be at the heart of studio activities, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the success of large-scale and complex architectural projects. Ideally, you carry architectural background, but your coordinator/organizational skills are so outstanding that you want to focus on the coordinating aspect of the creative process. Please note: you will not be doing any architectural/creative work on your day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Studio Directors with scheduling, expense reports, and correspondence.
Handle operational aspects of running the studio/office, including organizing meetings, staffing, financial tracking, timecards, and proposal/presentation preparation.
Project management and planning for key large-scale and complex projects.
Utilize graphic design skills to create visually compelling presentations.
Proactively engage in office culture, planning studio retreats, outings, celebrations, and social activities.
Assist with event planning and coordination, both in-office and off-site.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a professional international environment related to the building industry.
Architectural background or a strong affinity with architecture.
Excellent judgment, pro-active problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
Flexibility in work schedules to support specific events when required.
Strong facilitation and team-building capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; graphic design skills for presentations using Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint.
Presentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
