Architect with Project management experience (8+ years)

The Position:
As an Architect focused on Project Coordination, you will take a role in orchestrating the successful execution of architectural projects across large scales and complexities. Your responsibilities extend from initiating projects to ensuring their timely and budget-conscious completion. Collaborating with a team of design professionals, your role is primarily in driving projects that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
Take charge of day-to-day project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Prepare, communicate, and monitor project work plans and deliverables for both client and internal teams.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity in requirements, deliverables, and visibility against project fees.
Manage coordination with various consultants, including structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil, and others.
Actively take ownership of problem resolution when working on architectural projects.
The Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Architecture.
8+ years of experience as an architect in total, and at least 3+ years in project management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge and experience in Detail Design stage (as well as experience in others)
Proactive and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project programming, space planning, and high-level design competence.
Familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus.
Proficiency Revit is a plus.
German, French and/or Dutch language skills are a plus.
