The Position:

As an Architect focused on Project Coordination, you will take a role in orchestrating the successful execution of architectural projects across large scales and complexities. Your responsibilities extend from initiating projects to ensuring their timely and budget-conscious completion. Collaborating with a team of design professionals, your role is primarily in driving projects that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of day-to-day project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.

  • Prepare, communicate, and monitor project work plans and deliverables for both client and internal teams.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity in requirements, deliverables, and visibility against project fees.

  • Manage coordination with various consultants, including structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil, and others.

  • Actively take ownership of problem resolution when working on architectural projects.

The Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Architecture.

  • 8+ years of experience as an architect in total, and at least 3+ years in project management.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Detail Design stage (as well as experience in others)

  • Proactive and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in project programming, space planning, and high-level design competence.

  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus.

  • Proficiency Revit is a plus.

  • German, French and/or Dutch language skills are a plus.
