Dana Behrman is an Associate Director and Senior Urban Designer at UNS where she works to design cities as dynamic ecosystems where people, nature, infrastructure, and culture intersect. Dana integrates health and wellbeing into urban design and creates environments that foster community building.

Following her graduation from Goldsmiths, University of London, Dana joined UNS in 2014, specialising in urban spatial analysis, crafting human-centered masterplans and identity-driven spaces that balance social, economic, and environmental needs. Her work includes the Arnhem Central Masterplan, Doha Metro Network and the Expo City Dubai masterplan.

Dana has contributed to advancing design education as an Associate Professor alongside Ben van Berkel in the Health III Design Studio at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, focusing on innovative approaches to health and architecture.

By combining data-driven insights with bold, forward-thinking strategies, Dana ensures cities remain resilient, adaptable, and ready for the future.
