Feely Pan is the Director of Operations of UNS Shanghai and Hong Kong, where she leverages strategic vision and operational excellence to advance the growth and resilience of those offices. As a founding member of both offices since joining in 2010, she has played a pivotal role in transforming the offices from foundational setups into mature, high-performing regional offices, aligning regional operations with global standards while cultivating environments where talent development and innovation thrive.

Feely’s expertise spans cross-functional leadership, human resources management, financial governance, and risk mitigation. She oversees day-to-day operations with a focus on optimizing workflows, strengthening compliance, and safeguarding organizational integrity across regional complex and evolving regulatory landscape.
