Juergen Heinzel is the Global Director Design Quality at UNS, working across projects, teams, and regions to strengthen how design quality is developed, aligned, and sustained throughout UNS' global practice.

With a background in the conception and realisation of advanced built environments, Juergen operates at the intersection of architectural ambition, technical rigor, and long-term performance. His portfolio spans contributions to a wide range of scales and sectors, including Ardmore Residences in Singapore, Raffles City in Hangzhou, the Doha Metro Network in Qatar, and the Booking.com City Campus in Amsterdam.

Since joining UNS in 2006, Juergen has been instrumental in advancing the studio collaborative, research‑led design culture. His approach is shaped by a strong design instinct, an ability to navigate complexity, a deep understanding of how ideas evolve into clear, buildable, and forward-looking architecture.
