Juergen Heinzel is an Associate Design Director at UNS where he has contributing to over 50 projects across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As the Lead of UNS’ Centre of Expertise for Design Qualities, he specialises in conceptualising and managing complex built environments and crafting compelling narratives that address global challenges while enhancing everyday life.

After graduating from University of Applied Sciences HS OWL - Detmold School of Architecture and Interior Design, Detmold, Germany, Juergen joined UNS in 2006 and has led projects through collaboration and evidence-based processes, ensuring a lasting positive impact on both society and the environment. His portfolio spans diverse scales and typologies, including Ardmore Residences, and the Booking.com City Campus.

Passionate about advancing architectural practice, he is dedicated to decoding and refining design methodologies and design processes.
