Marc Salemink is an Associate Director and Senior Architect at UNS, and helps lead the transformation of ideas into intelligent, inspiring buildings that connect people, places, and purpose.

Following his graduation from Eindhoven University of Technology, Marc joined UNS in 2007 and has ensured that each project maintains the balances between design intent and execution, creating spaces that inspire, connect, and endure. Marc’s leadership is exemplified in projects like Raffles City Hangzhou and the Hanwha HQ, where he coordinated design efforts across stakeholders to align functionality, aesthetics, and contextual needs.

With extensive experience across typologies, including hospitality, cultural, infrastructure, retail, residential and mixed-use projects, Marc ensures every phase—from inception to execution—is guided by precision, creativity, and a commitment to sustainability.
