Tom Minderhoud is an Associate Director at UNS where he leads a team of designers and strategists, tailoring solutions to meet client needs and consistently advocating for user-centric design approaches. Tom is also a Co-Lead for UNS’ Applied Sciences Centre of Expertise, where he directs significant developments and engages in innovative research initiatives with the European New Bauhaus community, promoting human-centric innovation in architecture and urban design.

After completing his education at TU Delft, Tom joined UNS in 2007 where he has skillfully managed projects from inception to completion. His notable project contributions include Galleria Cheonan, Raffles City Hangzhou, the Doha Metro Network, and FOUR Frankfurt.

 He has also spearheaded numerous airport competitions and research into the workplace of the future, delivering tailored design consultancy that enhances organisational effectiveness and adaptability.
