FOUR Frankfurt

In the heart of Frankfurt, a formerly inaccessible site is being transformed into a vibrant urban quarter that will redefine the city’s skyline and reinvigorate its core.

Designed by UNS and realised in collaboration with HPP, FOUR Frankfurt introduces four high-rise towers, reaching heights of up to 228 meters, that will forever alter the city. These towers, with their subtle shifts and kinks, create dynamic spatial and visual relationships while optimising daylight penetration. Together, they form a striking ensemble that frames a central square, establishing a new architectural landmark in Frankfurt.

The project’s primary goal is to reconnect this previously inaccessible site with the surrounding city. By integrating the listed facades of Junghofstraße and introducing new streets, passages, and public squares, the development creates a seamless link between the financial district, Rossmarkt, and the pedestrian zones of the city centre. Publicly accessible spaces, including a rooftop garden, restaurants, retail outlets, and a city square, will transform the area into a lively destination for residents, professionals, and visitors alike.

FOUR Frankfurt is designed as a ‘city for all’, blending residential, commercial, and public functions. Two towers will house over 600 apartments, while the others will include offices, hotels, and retail spaces. The development also features a daycare centre, subsidised housing, and adventure areas, ensuring inclusivity and diversity. By combining these elements, the project creates a cosmopolitan urban hub that bridges the financial district with the city centre, fostering a vibrant and connected community.
