Alongside new housing, the proposed development aims to shape an active destination where residents, workers and visitors can gather, access retail and community uses, and enjoy well-designed public space that supports social interaction and collective well-being.
The proposal is guided by five contemporary urban design principles: mobility, nature, community, visual identity and sustainability. Walkability is prioritised through pedestrian-friendly connections, widened pavements and improved streetscapes, while secure bicycle storage supports active transport. Ground-level retail and public space strengthen the site’s connection to the surrounding neighbourhood.
Landscape plays a central role in the project, with a large plaza, rooftop amenity gardens and tree-lined pathways contributing to urban biodiversity and creating welcoming places to sit, meet and spend time. Community life is supported through accessible public spaces, mixed-use amenities and opportunities for cultural programming, public art and events.
The two-tower composition, with staggered heights, creates a clear skyline presence while respecting designated view corridors. Combined with innovative materials and a dynamic façade, the development is intended to establish a distinctive landmark and a strong sense of place within the neighbourhood.
