By leveraging its location within a natural air corridor, the building not only enhances air quality inside but also purifies and distributes cleaner air to the surrounding area, fostering a symbiotic relationship between the built environment and nature. The design is centered around a dynamic atrium that channels daylight and fresh air deep into the building, creating a healthy and vibrant workspace. This atrium, inspired by the mechanism of a camera lens, optimizes natural light and ventilation while offering views of the sky.

The building’s volumetric strategy incorporates spiral circulation loops that extend outward into patios, balconies, and gardens, connecting the interior with the adjacent biosphere and roof garden. These green spaces, combined with intelligent ventilation systems and high interior spaces, establish a unique and inspiring address for creative work in Düsseldorf, while promoting wellbeing and sustainability.
