The office tower provides 43,000 m2 of premium workspace, designed for flexibility with adaptable floor plates and inter-floor links. The hotel features a restaurant, bar, gym, pool, and retail spaces, with a triple-height lobby offering relief from the dense urban fabric. The façade design reflects Melbourne’s architectural heritage, with the office tower’s glass overhang mirroring historic buildings and the hotel’s facade evoking a “concealed gem.”

Sustainability is central to the project, with the office tower achieving a 5-star NABERS Energy Rating and a 6-star Green Star design rating. The design balances public and private spaces, with transparent lower levels for communal programs and articulated upper façades for guest privacy. The precinct’s cohesive identity is reinforced through consistent materials and design elements, creating a unified experience at street level and within the cityscape.
