Allianz Global Digital Factory

Designed in collaboration with conceptsued, the interior fosters a socially dynamic and diverse environment that encourages interaction and knowledge exchange. The space balances focused and collaborative atmospheres, natural and artificial light, and flexible versus static workspaces. Three themed areas define the design: the Collaborative Kitchen, the Arena, and the Park.

The Collaborative Kitchen enhances interaction and knowledge sharing, featuring flexible co-creation tables that can be reconfigured for different needs. The Arena serves as the multifunctional heart of the Factory, accommodating circulation, presentations, meetings, and informal encounters. The Park, located deeper within the office, offers a calm atmosphere with natural materials and planting, supporting moments of concentration.

The Factory hosts global teams, including Allianz entities, digital experts, and consultants, who collaborate on customer service journeys and innovative products. This dynamic environment supports rapid change and interconnected workflows across the Allianz infrastructure.
