An elevated pedestrian bridge spans Nobel Avenue between the buildings, linking the shopping mall with Fountain Square beyond. The architecture uses a strong horizontal expression to mediate the level change and align the buildings with the bridge and plaza. Two large framed openings are cut into this datum, creating visual connections between the public realm below and the more private spaces above.
The buildings rise gradually from the plaza to form an active urban ground level. Retail animates the base, while open courtyards to the north establish a clear address for the offices. Along these courtyards, the horizontal façade language extends into a series of terraces that provide outdoor verandas for the workplace.
The façade is composed of glazed bands, openable units and large fins that trace the geometry of each volume. These elements reduce solar gain and help deflect wind away from street level. The fins are designed in high-tension prefabricated concrete, allowing lightweight, large-format components that can be installed efficiently. A specialised treatment to the underside of the fins also reduces noise reflection across the plaza and into the buildings.
Inside, office lobbies are accessed from the courtyards. Cores are positioned parallel to the façades, with panoramic lifts strengthening the connection between the offices and the open courts. Around the cores, shared spaces support interaction through lounges, meeting rooms and cafés. In the east building, a chandelier and open void create a marker.
