The Belsenpark Tower in Düsseldorf, designed in collaboration with OKRA Landscape Architects, redefines mixed-use urban living with a focus on community, sustainability, and connectivity. Positioned at the entrance of the Belsenpark masterplan in Oberkassel, the 90-metre tower integrates with its surroundings, creating a vibrant hub that combines residential, office, and public spaces. The design features a pocket park surrounded by low-rise buildings, a pedestrian axis connecting the site to the city, and a ground floor programmed with gastronomy, wellness, and open green spaces to foster social interaction and community engagement.
