The new CFL Headquarters in Luxembourg reimagines the workplace as a human-centered urban campus that fosters connectivity. Expanding on the existing building, the design introduces green spaces, accessible roofs, and flexible office configurations to promote wellbeing and collaboration. The headquarters becomes a regenerative space that balances functionality with a focus on health and sustainability.

By integrating modularity in the facade, structure, and interior, the project ensures adaptability while creating a vibrant environment filled with daylight and greenery.
The design features a building extension along the railway, with public spaces on the ground floor, offices above, and a green roof for relaxation and social interaction. A double-skin facade with movable louvers enhances thermal comfort, energy efficiency, and acoustic performance, while green roofs and courtyards provide diverse relaxation areas.

Sustainability is central to the project, with an integrated building "metabolism" that enhances resource use, reduces costs, and ensures long-term resilience. This approach not only improves user well-being and productivity but also guarantees adaptability for future changes, making the CFL Headquarters a forward-thinking model for sustainable and flexible workspaces.
