The double-layered facade features hexagonal units that regulate daylight, shading, and views, while the North and South facades incorporate glazed gardens for visual connections. The East-West facade, with external roof gardens, minimises solar gain. A subtle lighting scheme between the facade layers enhances the structure at sunrise and sunset.

The spatial organisation ensures intuitive navigation, with entrances, circulation, and feature gardens guiding visitors. Integrated gardens cascade along the facades, extend into interior spaces, and provide shading, air filtration, and rest areas. These gardens enhance the visitor experience, offering spaces for relaxation, dining, and shopping while reflecting Singapore’s natural richness.

The building is designed as a high-performance structure, targeting energy efficiency and comfort, with its garden concept unifying the interior and exterior spaces.
