During the 2020 Expo, many visitors will experience Dubai for the first time, creating lasting impressions of a city defined by its cultural distinction. These initial encounters will form the foundation for future relationships, whether visitors return regularly or choose to make Dubai their home. The project rethinks how Dubai can be experienced year-round in a mixed indoor-outdoor campus setting, rather than as an enclosed program mass.
