The 60-metre-tall building offers approximately 27,000 m2 of contemporary office space, accommodating 1,200 workplaces. The building prioritises sustainability and flexibility, incorporating smart engine technology with 2,000 sensors to optimise energy use, achieving significant CO2 savings. The design supports various work styles, from individual offices to collaborative spaces, while the atria foster connection and communication. Eclipse also includes bicycle parking, e-car charging stations, and adaptable layouts to meet future needs. The project aims for DGNB Platinum and Diamond certifications, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and design excellence.
