The concept prioritises public green space by minimising building footprints and creating a permeable, walkable landscape. More than half of the site is accessible to the public, with plazas, promenades, and biodiverse areas that invite daily use and enhance urban livability. The three main buildings are arranged to maximise light, accessibility, and social interaction while maintaining efficiency and flexibility for future adaptation.
At its heart, a dense, self-sustaining forest forms the campus’s green core, supporting biodiversity, carbon capture, and thermal comfort. Green roofs, circular design strategies, and a holistic sustainability framework address ecological, social, and operational goals. Together, these elements shape a resilient, human-centred workplace that embodies the progressive values of ESM and the Luxembourg State.
