Eungbong-dong Facade Design

With panoramic views, Sky Gardens, and a thoughtful connection to the surrounding environment, the project creates a balance between urban vibrancy and natural serenity. The design draws inspiration from the site’s three key elements – mountain, river, and urban energy – reflected in the architectural crowns and flowing frames that mimic the movement of water. The podium gently guides visitors toward the mountain, blending into landscaped features and amenities that enhance the user experience. Frames, arranged to evoke the flow of a river, serve as both a visual and functional wayfinding strategy, ensuring a curated journey through the built and natural environments. This thoughtful integration of form and function creates a dynamic and welcoming space that celebrates the unique character of Eungbong-dong.
