Designed as a mixed network of high-rise towers, low-rise volumes, podiums, and pavilions, Gaepo 4 supports a rich daily life across a full 24-hour cycle. Public programmes at ground and elevated levels make amenities easy to access, while encouraging interaction, movement, and shared use. The result is an open residential environment shaped around comfort, inclusion, and long-term liveability.

Architecturally, the project balances clarity and character. The high-rise towers express strong verticality and a refined skyline presence, while the low-rise buildings use monolithic forms, cascading façades, and carefully articulated balconies to create a more intimate scale. At ground level, podiums and pavilions weave landscape, pedestrian routes, and community spaces into a cohesive whole, establishing Gaepo 4 as a distinctive new landmark for modern urban living. Together, these elements give the development a strong identity that is both civic in presence and generous in experience.
