The building prioritises sustainability and employee wellbeing. Shifted floorplates and a saw-tooth façade geometry reduce solar heat gain by 35%, while optimised office positioning enhances daylight. Advanced climate systems, biophilic interiors, and surrounding parks and roof gardens support mental and physical health. Floating floors above the atria incorporate communication staircases, balconies, and bridges, encouraging active circulation. Wide office floors allow for adaptable layouts, accommodating co-working, focused work, or traditional office setups.
The design draws inspiration from the Nyenskans fortress and St. Petersburg’s architectural history. The landscape reflects the fortress’s green star points, while the building’s slanted form respects the horizontal urban plane of the Neva riverbanks. A faceted glass facade interacts with light and weather, creating a dynamic composition that echoes the city’s historical and natural context.
