The journey begins with an optional online ticket purchase and continues at the visitor centre, where a dynamic ‘Hall of Fame’ displays photos taken during the ride. A circular ramp with retail, dining, and exhibition spaces leads to the boarding area, where an ‘Active Queuing’ system minimises waiting times. Capsules, available in single and double-decker formats, offer themed experiences enhanced by augmented animations and sounds.

The design merges the physical structure of the wheel with a virtual world, fostering active engagement and creating lasting memories. Upon disembarking, visitors follow a second ramp with additional facilities, completing the experience. The Nippon Moon GOW combines innovative engineering with cultural significance, establishing itself as a modern icon in Japanese culture.
