Grand Hyatt Hotel

The tower’s design reflects the cosmopolitan character of the city, with three distinct elevations offering varied perspectives. It appears needle-thin from one angle, strong and straight from another, and slightly twisted from a third. The project integrates into the urban planning of the Europaviertel, marking the entrance to the Europe Allee and contributing to the district’s rapid development.

The jury praised the design for balancing functional demands with high standards of exterior and interior design, creating a unique high-rise typology for the area. The Grand Hyatt tower will enhance the neighbourhood, providing a prominent architectural accent and supporting the district’s growing residential and commercial developments.
