The facade combines polished stainless steel and patterned glass, crafted into nine variations of spheres that evoke movement and reflection, reminiscent of water or silk. These spheres, integrated with LED lighting, create dynamic media effects across the 17,894 m2 facade, using over three million LED lights.
Inside, the design centres around two atria with distinct identities. The North atrium, featuring warm gold and bronze tones, reflects cultural and traditional themes, while the South atrium, with silver and grey hues, mirrors the city’s urban rhythm. Both atria are crowned by skylights with funnel structures clad in digitally printed glass panels, housing panorama lifts and connecting the roof to the ground floor.
The concept of ‘synergy of flows’ guides visitors through the plaza, with fluid transitions between spaces, dynamic lighting, and patterns inspired by cultural and artistic references. This approach creates a theatrical and engaging environment, blending tradition with modernity in a retail setting.
