Located between the Namsan Mountain and the Han River, the development reconnects residents with their surroundings, creating a future-ready living environment that prioritises wellbeing, community, and environmental harmony. With its striking O-shaped, X-shaped, and L-shaped towers, the project redefines the skyline while fostering a sense of peace and balance for its residents.
Delving deeper, the design is rooted in the concept of the "Biophilic Nexus," drawing inspiration from local heritage and natural elements like white pines and waterlilies. The O-shaped towers feature rotating waterlily-inspired modules that form a green spine, while the X-shaped towers incorporate intricate patterns mimicking white pine trees, with vertical elements branching out to create balconies overlooking the Han River. The L-shaped towers serve as a backdrop, with facades inspired by both pine trees and waterlilies. This holistic approach not only enhances individual wellbeing and community connectivity but also creates a visually stunning and environmentally consonant exterior, bridging the city’s past with its future.
