The design incorporates a bright, geometric interior with a central atrium that serves as a collective space for collaboration and interaction, while capsule-like meeting rooms and a hidden garden enhance the user experience.
The building’s exterior, described as an "urban speaker," combines a protective shell with human-scale interior materiality. Fully glazed areas face the park, offering balconies and sun shading, while semi-glazed and opaque zones transition towards the housing area. Sustainable features include BIPV solar cells and integrated planting that extends the nearby park into the building. At night, the illuminated facade reveals the building’s layers, creating a striking presence in Seoul’s skyline and embodying the performance-driven essence of the music industry.
