With green spaces at its core, the campus aims to create a dynamic and inspiring environment that fosters interaction, collaboration, and a healthier way of living and working. The masterplan is guided by four key principles: prioritising green spaces, creating cohesive environments, encouraging interaction, and integrating parking solutions seamlessly. At the heart of the campus are two interconnected green areas, linking the existing eastern greenery near the hospital to a new western park surrounded by construction clusters. Parking structures are compact, green, and multifunctional, blending into the campus while promoting active mobility. The Promenade, a pedestrian and cyclist-friendly route, connects the clusters and central park, emphasising a safe and vibrant environment. This thoughtful design ensures that the Health Campus Boxmeer is not just a place for innovative healthcare but also a model for sustainable and community-focused development.
