Holiday Home, ICA
2006
:format(webp))
The Holiday Home installation explores the concept of escapism and the departure from everyday routines. The design skews and extrudes the orthogonal surfaces of a traditional house, creating a sculptural structure that reflects the dichotomy between home and holiday. Visitors experience shifting perspectives as they move through the space, with multidirectional shadows and light conditions evoking the abstract sense of time often associated with holidays.
