Positioned next to the company’s existing office, a city monument known for its strict grid and cubic forms, the new headquarters reinterprets these shapes into a sleek, cloudlike structure that serves as a modern and efficient home base. The design prioritises sustainability through integrated passive strategies. Chamfered shapes and ceramic fritting on the facade reduce solar heat gain, minimise glare, and incorporate photovoltaics for energy generation. Strategic corners of the building reveal its vibrant interior, while the surrounding green park landscape flows seamlessly into the structure, extending across biophilic workspaces and culminating in a lush roofscape.

This innovative approach not only enhances the building’s environmental performance but also creates a dynamic and inspiring environment for collaboration and growth.
