Luv&Lee Towers

The towers’ verticality transitions into a horizontal panorama, reflecting the urban density of the surroundings. Their staggered positioning adds rhythm to the boulevard and creates a gateway effect. The podium connects directly to the waterfront, encouraging public activity with cafés, restaurants, and outdoor terraces, fostering urban vitality.

The design references local material identities, with white façades inspired by the Alster neighbourhoods and contrasting with the brick-based tradition of Southern Überseequartier. The towers’ crystalline geometry and articulated glazing create reflective qualities, while the podium’s precast concrete elements echo maritime port facilities.

The lower floors feature maximum transparency, allowing visual continuity between interior and exterior spaces. Barrier-free access at ground level enhances connectivity, ensuring the programme remains accessible and active throughout the day and evening.
