The design emphasises sustainability and connectivity, with the towers positioned to optimise views of the Bosporus and minimise environmental impact. The sculpted towers feature glass facades and horizontal ribbons that provide shading, natural ventilation, and outdoor living spaces, including double-height terraces for each residence. The podium blends into the sloped site, reducing its urban scale impact while creating a connection to the garden. Materials like glazed ceramic tiles, bronze details, and wooden frames reflect local craftsmanship, adding a tactile and artisanal quality to the design.
