Located at the intersection of Sudirman and Gatot Subroto Streets, the tower integrates sustainable strategies to address Jakarta’s air pollution and lack of green spaces. The design features a signature Sky Forest, a vertical green core planted with tropical vegetation, creating a "second ground" in the sky for residents to enjoy nature. The tower’s geometry transformation and overlapping facade textures enhance its slender profile and contribute to its urban presence.
The tower accommodates diverse programs, including parking, ballrooms, offices, apartments, a hotel, and an observation deck, with public spaces integrated into each program to foster community. Sustainability is central to the design, with Solar Visuals PV modules integrated into the facade for energy production, a natural smog filtration system paired with advanced air purification technology, and on-site greywater recycling systems for irrigation and sanitary use.
