With a footprint occupying less than 10% of the concession area, the development features three low-rise residential clusters offering 323 units, blending contemporary living with the island’s historical and cultural identity. The design emphasises the use of local materials to reflect the monolithic beauty of Fort Manoel’s bastion walls, while sculpted feature walls at residential entrances echo the fort’s iconic Main Gate. A detailed landscape plan includes a 10,000 sqm indigenous garden, a marina promenade, and 186,000 sqm of open spaces, including the natural glacis park surrounding the fort. Vegetation is placed to balance privacy for residents with views of the island’s archaeological zones and sea vistas, creating a thoughtful and immersive living environment that celebrates Malta’s past while looking to the future.
