The design features a green pedestrian artery linking transport hubs, cultural attractions, and retail spaces, promoting social and economic activity. Green corridors and water streams mitigate the heat island effect, while building orientation and geometry optimise wind flow and shading for user comfort. Underground commercial areas enhance climatic comfort and connectivity.

The masterplan balances density and functionality, redistributing programmes to avoid congestion and create diverse, active zones. Key areas include an entertainment zone near the train station, a high-quality shopping district, and a cultural zone centred on the Museum of Ecology. Housing and offices are symmetrically distributed to ensure 24-hour activity and security.

The landscape strategy emphasises the green-blue axis, a central feature combining greenery and water to guide visitors and enhance the environment. This axis integrates logistics, leisure, and rest areas, reflecting sunlight and providing cooling, while maintaining a visual connection between the river and the urban landscape.
