The design features three interconnected sections of varying heights around an inner courtyard garden inspired by traditional Japanese gardens. Offices occupy six floors on the west side, with a restaurant and roof terrace on the lower level. Laboratories span four floors in the eastern section, while the south-east entrance, designed as a hotel lobby, welcomes employees and visitors with a high, light-filled space.
The facade uses glass and aluminium for a lightweight structure, with lamellas and coatings to manage sunlight and heat. Lamella depths vary by orientation, with deeper shading on sun-exposed sides. The building incorporates an underground energy storage system and achieves an 89%-90% net-to-gross floor ratio. Vertical colour variations inspired by Japanese Manga add a distinctive touch to the facade.
