Model House for I-Park City

The Model House for I-Park City in Suwon serves as a showroom to exhibit the residential and facade design of an 88-building development. The design focuses on curating the visitor experience through an implicit circulation strategy. From the approach to the building and throughout the interior, the visitor’s route is treated as an ongoing exhibition, with the circulation ribbon becoming a central feature of both the interior and facade design.
