PASSO by Beyond is a hospitality and residential development on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, with a design inspired by the ocean's ability to sculpt landscapes. The project reimagines the conventional C-shaped building common to the area by introducing a "fractured silhouette." This architectural gesture breaks the building’s mass to create a fluid connection between the beach, internal gardens, and the arrival experience, crafting a more immersive and engaging environment.
Amenities are designed as extensions of the natural environment, centered on leisure and wellness. Meandering pathways guide residents through tranquil gardens and shaded retreats. The six private villas are conceived as "living yachts anchored on land," featuring unique elements like bridge entrances over pools and an underground gallery that transforms car parking into an exhibition space.
Sustainability is integrated through district cooling, green roofs that mitigate the urban heat island effect, and the use of treated greywater for all irrigation. All apartments are designed to maximize natural light and offer high-quality views, supported by dedicated wellness facilities.
Advanced smart home systems are standard in every unit, and the entire design process is developed within a BIM environment. This ensures precision, reduces project risk, and creates adaptable, resilient building systems for a future-ready development.
