The masterplan proposal for Penang South Islands envisions a transformative and sustainable future for Penang, Malaysia. Designed as a cluster of three new islands on reclaimed land, the project integrates ecological, social, and economic systems to create a resilient and inclusive urban environment. Each island is dedicated to a specific focus – technology, commerce, and leisure – while collectively fostering a symbiotic relationship between people and nature.
