The building’s identity is shaped by its artistic focus, with gallery-themed public spaces extending into living units that feature areas for residents’ private art collections. Restaurants, cafes, conference spaces, and a hotel tenant contribute to the cultural atmosphere through organised events.

Ravel prioritises quality of life with fitness spaces, improved air quality, water conservation, and the use of natural light, integrating sustainability into its design. The project combines architecture, culture, and living to create a unique urban experience.
