RESET is a modular, immersive structure that incorporates scientifically proven stress reduction methods. Its aim is to empower individuals to manage their stress more effectively by raising awareness and providing tools to decompress and improve emotional wellbeing. The installation featured two interactive modules, active and passive stress reduction methods, which were showcased at the ‘A Joyful Sense at Work’ exhibition at Salone del Mobile in Milan.
The RESET pods utilise wearables, such as brain and heart sensors, to provide biofeedback and track users’ responses. A proprietary algorithm, the ‘RESET Index,’ analyses psychophysiological data to measure stress resilience and recommend tailored stress reduction methods. The sensors are integrated with the physical environment, creating a personalised and adaptive experience for each user through ambient intelligence.
Visitors to the exhibition will experience both modules, receive their RESET Index score, and gain insights into their stress responses, along with recommendations for future stress management.
RESET offers numerous benefits, including increased self-awareness, improved efficiency, reduced absenteeism, and lower costs associated with stress-related issues. By fostering healthier habits and reducing workplace conflict, RESET aims to enhance both individual well-being and organisational productivity.
