The design integrates a low-rise podium with high-rise towers, creating a dynamic urban environment. The low-rise portion features connected courtyards and an undulating landscape, combining indoor and outdoor spaces for retail, leisure, and pedestrian access. The high-rise towers house a hotel and offices, with functions strategically allocated to enhance synergy between the podium and towers.
