At the heart of the mall is a central courtyard, serving as an event space and community destination. A sunken area with seating, planting, and lighting enhances its functionality for day and evening use. The courtyard connects basement and upper levels through a staircase and escalators, while horizontal window bands create visual links between the interior and exterior.

The courtyard facade, inspired by a pearl within its shell, features tessellated ceramic tiles with a pearlescent finish, creating dynamic reflections. Balconies connected to the voids blur the boundary between inside and outside, while the facade’s colours align with the interior themes.

Three internal voids, each with a distinct theme – urban playground, urban oasis, and urban catwalk – anchor the circulation areas and provide daylight. These voids are connected by a retail boulevard, which offers access to shops and attraction points on every floor. The ceiling design incorporates patterns for wayfinding, enhancing orientation and the overall shopping experience.
